PepsiCo had an excellent classroom-based course but because it was led by a small group of Subject Matter Experts, they were limited geographically in how it could be delivered on a global and consistent basis.
Solution
We created an engaging suite of e-learning modules which captured all of the key classroom learnings with a number of added benefits including delegates being able to learn at their own pace and in their own language. These modules were translated into Latin American Spanish, Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese.
